Georgie specializes in healthy, healing food made with love. She has a whole-foods philosophy and never uses processed ingredients. She makes her own ghee and cooks with good salt, honey and olive oil that she has collected from all over the world.

Based in Bozeman, Montana, she is available for retreats, parties, meal prep, cooking classes and meeting your personalized needs, whatever they may be.

Breakfasts

G’s Granola VEGAN

Almond, walnut, pecans, pumpkin seed, GF rolled oats. Oven roasted with maple syrup and cinnamon. Delicious as is, or perfectly paired with fresh fruit or sprinkled on top of oatmeal.

Power Oats VEGETARIAN

GF rolled oats, steel cut oats gently cooked in nut milk, with maple syrup, ghee, berries and a generous sprinkle of hemp seed.

Overnight Oats VEGETARIAN

GF rolled oats, chia seed, nut milk, maple syrup, berries, hemp seed. Steeped overnight.
Can be portioned into smaller portions for you to take to work.

Golden Milk Chia Seed Pudding VEGAN

Chia seed, nut milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon.
To a consistency you can eat with a spoon or drink out of a glass.

Banana Bread VEGETARIAN

Spelt flour, dairy kefir, banana, walnut, brown sugar, chocolate chips.
Crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside.

Ayurvedic Muffins VEGAN

Spelt flour muffins with your choice of apple or raspberry fruits and Ayurvedic spices.
Egg free muffins.

Shakshuka VEGETARIAN

North African baked eggs. Bell peppers, onion, garlic, olives, tomato sauce, free range eggs, goats cheese, fresh herbs.

Bean + Cheese Burritos VEGETARIAN

Black beans simmered with an abundance of spices, rolled into flour tortillas and wrapped in foil, easy to heat in the oven. Cheese can be substituted with rice or you can have it all.

Frittata Bites

Organic, pasture raised eggs, cottage cheese, fresh herbs, an abundance of vegetables and/or ham.
Sprinkled in fresh herbs.

Georgiana is a rare bird – wise beyond her years, attuned, psychologically astute, socio-culturally aware, deeply knowledgable, hyper articulate and incredibly talented. Mains

Chicken Tagine

Crispy Moroccan spiced whole chicken thigh simmered in bone broth with onion, green olives, preserved lemon and sprinkled with parsley. Served on a bed of herbed cous cous, hummus with a bitter lettuce salad.

Roast Chicken

Delicious crispy golden skin, roasted with lemon, bay leaves and garlic, bone broth gravy, navy beans and rosemary. Twice roasted potatoes, stewed red cabbage, spicy broccolini. A mouthful.

Butter Chicken Curry

Chicken thighs, garbanzo beans, simmered in a rich coconut, tomato sauce, with onion, garlic, ginger, spices, finished with spinach. Slivered almonds. Served on steamed coconut rice. With mango chutney.

Oven Fried Chicken

Chicken legs and wings rubbed down with an abundance of spices. Flax Seed, cumin, coriander, paprika.
Dry Fried in the oven until super crunchy. Falls off the bone.

Lamb Shank

Local lamb shank cooked slow and low in bone broth, tomatoes, raisins and apricots. Served on herbed polenta with spicy broccolini and confit tomatoes. Rich and memorable.

Lamb Stew

Lamb stewed in bone broth and fresh tomatoes with carrots, ginger, onion, garlic, spices, chickpeas, raisins and spinach. Served on parmesan polenta, dripping with gravy and sprinkled with parsley.

Rack of Lamb

Melt in your mouth local rack of lamb. Crispy crackling, butter mint sauce, served on a bed of juicy roasted veggies and arugula salad with shaved parmesan.

Meatloaf/Meatballs

A mix of ground beef and bison, spices, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, parsley and shallots. Bathed in a spicy tomato ketchup, siratcha sauce. Served on creamy mashed potato with a herbed salad.

Ribeye Steak

Melt in your mouth, ribeye steak with rosemary, garlic and drizzled in honey. Caesar salad, avocado and slow cooked, exploded japanese yams.

Pasta Bolognese

Slow cooked ground beef, beef liver and bison. Onion, garlic, mascarpone, tomato sauce.
Served with pasta of your choice. Rich and satisfying.

Salmon Filet

Crispy Salmon fillets with blistered cherry tomatoes and pesto. Served on bone broth mushroom wild rice, parsley, asparagus braised in butter with a bitter greens salad.

When I met Georgiana I experienced for the first time in my life, a meal prepared with love, intention and mindfulness. Since that time I have had the privilege to enjoy her dishes on a regular basis. My palate and connection to food has changed as a result of her magical fusions of care offered on a plate of discovery. Thank you Georgiana, you saved me from a lifestyle of fast food, local diners and even my favorite beer and cheese diet without a word of criticism. Warm Healing Bowls

Veggie Coconut Curry VEGETARIAN

Onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, red lentils, sweet potato and other seasonal roots cooked in a rich coconut broth with turmeric and ghee. Can substitute the lentils for shredded chicken or fish if not vegetarian.

Green Goddess VEGETARIAN

Roasted zucchini, leek, parsnip, spinach, ghee, nutmeg, black pepper and broth, blended into a smooth electric bright green soup. Like drinking a green smoothie.

Golden Soup VEGETARIAN

Red lentil, sweet potato, carrot, ginger, onion, garlic, bay leaf, ghee and turmeric gently simmered into a chunky, rich, peppery soup. Can add Italian sausage or shredded chicken if you’re not vegetarian.

Chicken Ramen

Coconut broth, ginger, shallots, rice noodles, roasted Kabocha squash, sweet peas, goji berries. Shredded Chicken. Seaweed, ume pickled onions, cilantro.

Green Pozole Soup

Bone broth, onion, tomatillos, jalapeño, poblano, cilantro, hominy, spinach. Shredded chicken. Lime. Sour cream, radishes, shredded cheese and salsa.

Classic Chicken Soup

A mineral rich sweet, classic soup made of onion, ginger, cumin, coriander, carrot, celery, parsley, goji berries, jujube dates. Shredded chicken.

Tuscan Wedding Soup

Italian sausage, carrot, celery, tomatoes, bone broth, herbs, Israeli cous-cous, finished with spinach. Enjoyed with warm focaccia bread.

Bison Chili

Slow cooked, nourishing chili with ground beef, ground bison, onion, garlic, black beans, pinto beans, tomato, sweet corn, carrots, spices. Served with sour cream, shredded cheese, pickled jalapeño.

Turkey Chili

A light chili made with ground turkey, pinto beans, onion, sweet corn, mushrooms, bone broth and italian spices. Served with sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh basil and warm crusty bread.

White Bean Chicken Chili

A rich but light chili made with shredded chicken, cannellini beans, sweet corn, cream, cilantro. Served with shredded cheese, avocado and lime.
